LAWS Notary Services provides mobile, remote and signing agent services for individuals and businesses.
We work with title companies, lenders, law firms, financial institutions and other organizations that need reliable document signing and notarization support.
LAWS is based in Westchester County, New York. As we expand, our goal is to provide clients with a single resource for coordinating qualified notaries and signing agents in multiple markets.
How It Works
1. Submit an order
- Provide the signer information, location, appointment details, documents and instructions.
2. Assignment confirmation
- LAWS reviews the request and confirms availability.
3. Notary assignment
- The signing is assigned to an appropriately qualified notary or signing agent.
4. Signing
- The notary completes the appointment according to the client's instructions and applicable notary requirements.
5. Completion
- If scanbacks are required, they will be completed same day. Shipping information and completion status are provided to the client.
